  The first time I went to this hairdressers i had a really good experience. The second time I went i had the worse experience ever and I will not be ever going back. The lady in charge and the hairdresser (who has a accent, thick hair is light skinned and a older woman) was so rude! They both kept talking over each other and did not explain anything properly regarding the hair colours. Even though the large in charge seemed ok she also kept talking over everyone.Finally when I went to sit down the lady did not even ask me if I was comfortable she just started throwing hair dry on my hair, without even combing it. She was so rough she managed to get hair dyed on my leg and even dropped the comb on me. She was also pulling the side of my hair with her hand when she was dying it. Then we went to wash my hair, the water turned burning hot and she managed to get water on my face and neck. I had to ask her for a tissue because my eye makeup started to run which she seemed annoyed about. Next she dried my hair but instead of using a comb like a normal person she decided to use her long fingernails instead which really started to hurt. I asked her to use a comb which she did but then went back to using her nails again. I then had to ask her to redry my hair as it was still soaking wet. In the end I was not happy with the colour and the experience as the colour was much lighter then I wanted. The sad thing is I could tell how much lighter my hair was at the top and the hairdresser told me to stand over there to have a look at my hair. I dont think they know what there doing, and there aim is definitely not to make there customers feel confortable. Overall my experience was so bad I will never be going there again. After paying I told the lady behind the desk in was not happy with the colour and afterms paying 98 pounds, she told me I can come back to get my hair darker. But who will pay for it again? Stupid woman. To all people planning to go, do not go there its a waste of time and money.
