- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆One of the worst custumer service in my entire life. Bought a hoover that stopped working within 12 hours and took it to the branch on Station Road, Hayes, Middlesex. The manager, named Chloe, in the store was extremely rude. She kept saying that hoover stopped because i used it for over 15 minutes without turning it off. Very idiotic logic and a very annoying person to deal with. Took it to another branch where they replaced it immediately.
