- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Had several problems with rude drivers in the past but have always used them atleast once a week. Had the worst experience a few days ago, were there was a mix up with my destination. Refused to take me to the correct destination, told me it wasnt his problem then went on to kicked me out of his car in an area I know but not well enough. Called the company to complain were really helpful until I asked for another car. M******* the women I was speaking to was extremely rude, admitted she got it wrong. shouted at me as if Im stupid! Hung up the phone on me (slammed down the phone) Ive never experieced such rude unhelpful custmoer service. Considering shes a woman herself there was no compassion at all. Im always polite and friendly to her even though shes always miserable! Will not be using this service AGAIN and would advise everyone to go elsewhere. I now use 24/7 cab app which is fantastic would defiantly recommend using them!By Admin, April 05, 2020
